After three years teaching at the University of Texas at Dallas, Dr. Palant received word his promotion to Associate Professor was approved by the Provost.. According to Dr. Dennis Kratz, Dean of the School of Arts and Humanities, “This is a transformative day for music – indeed, the arts – at UT Dallas.”
